2. Product Eligibility for Restocking Fees

4. Rewards and Cashback

   – Purchase Rewards: Receive $2 cashback in your FoodooMart Wallet with every qualifying purchase. This cashback can be used for future orders and is valid for one year from the credit date.

   – Referral Rewards: Earn additional rewards by inviting friends and family to FoodooMart. For each successful referral who completes a purchase, you’ll receive bonus credits in your FoodooMart Wallet as a thank-you.

5. Commission for Resellers

   – Reseller Program: FoodooMart offers a reseller program for eligible partners. Earn a commission on products you sell through FoodooMart’s platform, with rates based on the volume and type of product sold. Commissions are disbursed monthly and are tracked through your account dashboard.

6. Wallet Usage and Conditions

   – Wallet Balance: Wallet credits, including cashback and referral rewards, are redeemable exclusively for purchases on FoodooMart and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

   – Expiration of Wallet Credits: Cashback and rewards in your wallet are valid for one year from the date credited.

   – Non-Transferability: Wallet balances are non-transferable between accounts.

7. Order and Shipping Process
