For such an inexpensive coffee maker, the Brewsense also came with some nice features like the ability to slow down the water flow in order to brew small batches and a hot plate with adjustable temperatures to keep coffee from getting burnt while it sits.
The best pepper grinder you’ll ever use: Mannkitchen Pepper Cannon
Our tester, Francesca, said she didn’t want to love this pepper mill because she could not justify spending $200 on a kitchen gadget; however, it’s the real deal. Designed with precision and performance in mind, it cranks out pepper at an absurd rate—up to 10 times faster than a typical mill—thanks to its high-carbon stainless-steel burrs and generous internal capacity. You’ll feel the difference the moment you pick it up: This thing is hefty, crafted from a solid block of aerospace-grade aluminum and finished with a hard anodized coating that resists corrosion and wear. It’s also incredibly versatile, with more than 40 grind settings, ranging from chunky cracked pepper to fine dust.
A compact, efficient juicer: Nutribullet Slow Juicer
If you’re looking for a high-quality juicer that won’t take over your entire countertop, we recommend the Nutribullet Slow Juicer. This appliance is surprisingly compact for how well it performs. This is the best juicer if you’re short on space but big on fresh juice.
A stylish (but high-performing) automatic espresso machine: Terra Kaffe TK-02 Coffee Machine
The Terra Kaffe TK-02 is a pricey machine, but this Prime Day, you can save $300. We tested the Terra Kaffe TK-02 and found it to be the most stylish automatic espresso machine we’ve tried, especially in matte white. More than just a pretty face, it makes impressive espresso and frothed milk drinks, with flavor that outperforms most machines in its class. It’s easy to use, clean, and refill, thanks to its front-access water tank and grounds container. While some espresso machines have more versatility, the TK-02 is a great pick if design matters and you mainly want quality espresso drinks.
A grilling must-have: MEATER Pro Wireless Meat Thermometer
Of the three Meater thermometers we tested, the Pro series stood out as the clear winner. It delivered fast, accurate readings in our temperature tests and handled high-heat environments—like pizza ovens and open flames—without issue, thanks to its 1000°F rating. We tested the single-probe version, but the Meater Pro Duo is also a great pick if you want the flexibility of a second probe.
A top-tier dish rack for heavy-duty drying: simplehuman Large Capacity Dish Drying Rack
If you need a spacious dish rack for large drying tasks, this Simple Human model is the largest dish rack we tested—and one of the best. As expected from the brand, it’s thoughtfully designed, with features like a stemware rack and a hydrophilic coating that speeds up drying. It’s made from high-quality stainless steel and offers plenty of room for a variety of dishes. If you have the counter space and regularly wash wine glasses or large loads, it’s a smart pick.

Your Prime Day questions answered
What is Amazon Prime Day?
In case you’re unfamiliar, Amazon Prime Day is Amazon’s major multi-day sales event, during which you’ll see the biggest discounts of the year on products from pretty much every category under the sun. While the retailer has introduced other sales events over the past few years (called Prime Big Deals Day and Amazon’s Big Spring Sale), July’s Prime Day is the OG.
When is Amazon Prime Day 2025?
Amazon Prime Day 2025 is July 8–11. Historically, the event has lasted two days, but this year Amazon Prime Day is four days.
Do I have to be a Prime member to shop Amazon Prime Day?
Yes, you must be a Prime member to get access to the best Prime Day deals. If you’re not a member already, you can sign up for a free 30-day trial, which will give you access to the sale prices (and if you cancel right after you’re done shopping, we’re not here to judge).
What will be on sale during Amazon Prime Day?
To put it simply, a lot of stuff. We typically see deals on thousands of items throughout the multi-day event, spanning dozens of product categories. If there’s something you’ve been eyeing, chances are it’ll be on sale at some point.
How much are items typically discounted?
Per Amazon’s seller forum, items must be discounted “at least 20% off the non-member, non-promotional price” to qualify as a Prime Day deal. But we’ve seen items go on sale for upward of 50% off—that can mean hundreds of dollars in savings.
